This small collage pulls together shape, type, and texture with a quiet sense of balance. I used hand-printed and painted papers—created with a gel plate—alongside altered book pages and found imagery. Bold pops of yellow and black anchor the composition, while the graphic hint of a button and sewing pattern markings nod to domestic ephemera.
